Senior Salesforce Developer - Software Engineer-2 

As a Software Engineer II, you will serve as the Senior Salesforce Developer, building highly scalable Salesforce solutions for millions of players worldwide. You will leverage the latest Salesforce features to deliver modern applications, while collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to create products that enhance the player experience.

Location & work model: This is a hybrid role with 3 day presence at office in Hyderabad, India

What you'll do:

  •  You will develop solutions for complex business problems using modern Salesforce constructs and custom development

  • Estimate engineering effort during different stages of project life cycle

  • Initiate and create experiences in partnership with distributed teams to ensure the architectural vision is supported and delivered to the highest standards

  • Build integrations with internal and external systems hosted in the cloud.

  • Exhibit creativity while collaborating and working with designers, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects and product managers

  • Manage end-to-end development, thus ensuring the code written meets the highest standards regarding code quality and efficiency

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science engineering or equivalent with overall 5+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce developer.

  • 5+ years of hands-on design and development experience in custom development with Salesforce Lightning and Apex

  • Must have Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including designing and developing custom integrations on the Salesforce platform

  • Must have good  experience in Omnichannel implementation (Async Chat, Phone, Email) along with Amazon connect/CTI

  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and governance frameworks.

  • Experience handling and managing large volumes of data and transactions with Salesforce

  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes and experience working on Agile projects with distributed teams

  • Good experience and understanding of UI/JavaScript frameworks

  • Experience building Restful services and good understanding of integration principles

  • Good to have exposure to Salesforce package based development and enterprise architecture design patterns

  • Good to have exposure to Agentforce

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification strongly preferred
