Job Overview
The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for designing and delivering a workplace that fosters productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being. This role blends facilities management, employee engagement, and technology integration to create a seamless and inspiring experience for everyone who enters the office. You will report to the Director, Workplace Experience and work onsite at our Austin office.
Key Responsibilities
Implement workplace strategies that align with company culture and employee needs
Manage daily operations of the physical workspace, including layout, amenities, and cleanliness
Coordinate employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, community-building activations, and our onsite company store
Oversee vendor relationships for services like janitorial, property management, building operations, security
Collaborate with, Austin Leaders, People Practices and IT to ensure a cohesive workplace experience
Analyze workplace data to improve space utilization and employee satisfaction
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven leadership ability to inspire, guide, and influence cross-functional team
Lead strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Experience with workplace management software (e.g., Office 365, Slack, Asana)
Project management and organizational development expertise
Creative problem-solving and customer service mindset

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in workplace operations, employee engagement, or facilities management
Certifications like Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) are a plus
