Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Designer to join our team. In this key role, you will lead and coordinate our quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and leadership will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support quality testing execution and strategies definitions based on game design document analysis, and manage progress.
• You will partner with development, production, design, and QV team members.
• You will mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices.
• You will work on quality / process improvements along with the leadership team.
• You will create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data-driven testing scope.
• You will execute early risk assessment, management and resolution.

Experience:

• 5+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC, etc.
• 5+ years' of experience using test tools, testing methodology, and QA processes.
• An understanding of game development, interdisciplinary dependencies and associated development risks.
• Experience using development tools to enhance white and gray-box testing strategies.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
