The Growth Marketing Content Production Team plans, creates, and delivers compelling creative content to empower EA’s brand go-to-market strategies across global channels. Our industry-leading expertise in computer graphics and design, VFX, storytelling and editorial, directing, and producing delivers content that represents and expands our franchise strategies, expands lore and gameplay insight, and brings call-to-action excitement to our fans and players around the world. 


Job Description

Reporting to the Lead Cinematic Artist, Animation, you are a Cinematic Animator you will work alongside a team of creative artists and editors to help create our world class trailers that we use to market our games. You will have responsibility for animation of characters, creatures, and cameras for production and visualisation, to achieve the final creative vision as set forward by your Director.

Experience:

  • You are an animator with mid-senior level experience, with a track-record of delivering multiple successful cinematics projects.

  • A portfolio containing world class animation or cinematic shots.

  • Solution focused with the ability to dive technically deep.

  • You have a background in animation for games, CG/VFX, or for live action, either in-engine or 3D-package (i.e. UE4, Unity, Frostbite, Maya, MotionBuilder, or 3DS.).

  • You have knowledge of cinematic language and camera direction.

  • Able to working with character and camera motion capture data.

  • A passion for storytelling and an understanding of post-production pipelines.

  • Knowledge of modern virtual cinematography techniques and workflows.

  • Excited about learning new workflows and adding insight into the production processes.
