As our Asia eCommerce Operations Intern, you will work with external partners, Game Studios, Mobile Central Tech, TechOps, and multiple global/regional teams. You will learn how to understand gaming economies and player spending behaviour to improve sales strategies. As part of the Asia Publishing team, you will help us understand the diverse needs and motivations of our players to create content and experiences that genuinely resonate with our community!

Responsibilities:

  • You will also collaborate with Game Studios to understand in-game event roadmaps, then plan Webstore events/ campaigns
  • You will help us coordinate and support EA Fan Care, external partner CS team to ensure customers are supported throughout the payment journey
  • Understand the Webstore telemetry, support the Webstore performance monitoring and reporting system, plus maintain the Webstore sales item list and pricing
  • Understand and suggest best-practices on webstore products or commercial loyalty programmes

Requirements:

  • You must be a class of 2024 graduate with a minimum educational level of Business - ECommerce Degree/Diploma
  • You must be available for a full-time paid internship from February 2025
  • You must have an interest in digital gaming, digital payment, and digital platforms
