Description & Requirements

We are a global team of creators, storytellers, technologists, experience originators, innovators and so much more. We believe amazing games and experiences start with teams as diverse as the players and communities we serve. At Electronic Arts, the only limit is your imagination.

Associate Producer, OS

EA’s Fan Growth organization is responsible for elevating the experiences customers get from our entertainment and maximizing their fun. We’re obsessed with the experiences our fans have with EA. We value people who bring new ideas and perspectives to make Fan Growth a great place to be and be from. We celebrate diversity and inclusion. It’s just as important for us to create great experiences for our people as for our players. We’re looking for people who will show up excited to work and ready for fun.

The Outsource Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and technology. By fostering close relationships with our technical teams and constantly communicating with OS partners, you will guide the production of assets from creation to deployment. You are responsible for external vendor setup, managing ongoing tech issues in partnership with our pipeline team, and organizing I/O materials for multiple productions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor permissions, account creation, and access issues.
  • Download, send, and organize all files to and from vendors.
  • Maintain the tools we use daily and track all asset approvals.
  • Manage weekly tech check-ins and ensure smooth communication between vendors and internal tech support.
  • Source in-game assets for vendors, working with game producers to understand asset availability.
  • Create a positive relationship with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • You can work autonomously; however, you will rely on the Lead Producer for support.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in production (games, animation, VFX, or similar)
  • You have managed I/O for a digital media group
  • You have experience working with developers and external vendors
  • You are obsessed with organization
