The Challenge Ahead

As the Engineering Operations Lead, you will empower EADP's globally distributed AdTech team through partner management, Agile facilitation, and coordination. You will report to the Engineering Director. 

This is a temporary engagement (18-months) with potential to convert to a permanent role. 

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the entire partner lifecycle, from initial outreach and onboarding to ongoing performance management and, for many different partners (Ad Server, SSP, 3rd party data providers, measurement partners).

  • You will implement a structured evaluation methodology to assess partner evaluation, performance, identify risks, and ensure compliance.

  • You will handle legal and privacy matters related to partnerships-- including NDAs, DPAs, MSAs, and other contractual agreements.

  • You will work with Finance on FP&A related to partnerships, including requisitions, CapEx, OpEx, and budget tracking.

  • You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for four AdTech workstreams.

  • You will develop dashboards to visualize and analyze important engineering metrics, measure team performance, and provide data-driven insights to leadership. 

  • You will work with engineering leadership to improve resource allocation across workstreams and ensure engineers are focused on high-priority tasks. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in software development and technology operations in a technology or AdTech environment

  • Experience with partner management and contract negotiation

  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum principles

  • Experience coordinating with offshore teams

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools

  • Experience with resource and budget management

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
    • $161,100 - $239,700 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
