We are a global team of creators, storytellers, technologists, experience originators, innovators and so much more. We believe amazing games and experiences start with teams as diverse as the players and communities we serve. At Electronic Arts, the only limit is your imagination.

Codemasters has a long-standing reputation as one of the premier game developers in the industry. As a global team of creators, storytellers, technologists, experience originators, and so much more, we believe that amazing games and experiences start with teams as diverse and engaged as the players and communities we serve.

Working on our F1® franchise, our Live Operations Producer is important to bringing our post-launch game vision to life. Reporting to the Senior Producer, you will work with our cross-discipline group of developers to produce engaging content that our players will love. If you enjoy seeing your efforts having a positive effect on our players then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop and then implement a post-launch live services plan that aligns with our brand and product requirements.
  • Manage the daily work of the cross-discipline F1 liveops team, including running daily meetings, resolving impediments and scheduling work.
  • Work with our product manager and analysts to identify product opportunities and ensure effective reporting of team progress against our goals.
  • Provide regular reporting of LiveOps progress to the wider development team.
  • Collaborate with members of the F1 development team to provide feedback on live service outcomes and ensure that future live service requirements are identified and factored into the live service plan.
  • Work with our creative and brand teams to identify new opportunities within the live service phase.
  • Coordinate with relevant members of the test and community teams to ensure that important quality issues are addressed.

Here's what you will need:

  • 2+ years project management experience in the gaming (or equivalent) sector with a cross-discipline team of developers.
  • Experience delivering work through all phases of the software lifecycle.
  • An understanding of measuring results through data and analytics.
  • The ability to handle multiple ongoing streams of work.
  • To have shipped at least 2 software titles in a production role.
