We are looking for a Manager of Player Experience (PX) Research to lead a global team of research professionals. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure player insights are translated into actionable recommendations that drive game development. Focused on ARPG and Lifestyles titles, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape gameplay, design, and the player experience based on real player data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of researchers, driving excellence and growth while ensuring high-quality outcomes focused research.
  • Align research initiatives with business and product strategies to ensure strategic player insights drive tangible outcomes.
  • Ensure that research insights are translated into clear, actionable recommendations that directly influence game development decisions.
  • Collaborate with game development teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to integrate player insights throughout the development cycle.
  • Oversee the design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative research to understand player behaviours, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Provide strategic insights that inform game design, mechanics, monetization strategies, and narrative direction.

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI), or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience leading research projects from planning to launch
  • You have 5+ years' industry experience leading research teams.
  • You have 5+ years' industry experience conducting user research across platforms.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones and remotely.
