EA Create is a collective of content production teams partnering with EA Studios game teams to bring outstanding visuals, audio and technology to life. Our teams consist of artists, engineers, technicians, designers and development directors. You will focus on content production, managing live programs, including roadmaps, prioritization, scoping, dependencies, and release of content updates including but not limited to levels and cosmetics. You will take the lead as an internal developer’s primary contact, working with developers on the creation of project and milestone schedules, and post-launch content update planning and overall development plans; provide ongoing management checks and balances throughout the full live operations of the title, from launch onwards. You will report directly to the Senior Development Director and will partner with other Producers, Game Designers, Artists, and partner team members to further the growth of live service.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with content, production, business development, product management, and creative teams to ensure alignment on priorities, roadmaps, and title goals. This includes managing stakeholder expectations through regular meetings and updates.
  • Develop and lead game plans to provide goals, frameworks, and priorities for successful feature delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality launches. Communicating plans and assumptions clearly and widely.
  • Support budget and scope planning for game updates and Live Service plans, while identifying and mitigating risks, removing roadblocks, and addressing performance bottlenecks.
  • Resolve complex product issues with creativity and ingenuity, fostering a healthy team culture based on communication, transparency, and shared context.
  • Develop and refine a compelling product vision that aligns with strategic goals, collaborating closely with the Art Director and facilitating cross-functional discussions to maintain clarity and alignment, and ensure delivery.

 

Your Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in game production and have proven experience shipping AAA games.
  • Experience working with global co-development partners, across both time zones and cultures.
  • Knowledge of Game Asset and Live Services production, the difficulties generally encountered by teams, and solutions tailored to their requirements
  • Experience leading complex projects with delivery of quality, schedule and in balancing scope, capacity, budget, risk, and time
  • Proficient in Shotgrid, JIRA, and Excel.
  • You have an uncanny knack for arriving at solutions and developing a plan to put them into action
  • Experience with video games, innovations in software, and how they enrich the player experience
  • Experience in production and project management such as PMP, Agile is a strong plus.
  • Experience in First Person Shooter (FPS) and Level/Map Delivery is a strong plus.
