Production Coordinator
EA Create Capture is a content creation team at EA Studios, focusing on motion and performance capture, plus character scanning for games. The Production Coordinator supports planning, project management, and resource coordination, onsite at the LA Motion Capture stage. They collaborate with Capture Production Managers, Studio Manager and Mocap Supervisor involved in all project stages.
You're organized, accurate, and team-focused. Succeeding in live-action settings, you handle shoot day logistics, like catering and paperwork, and assist the Capture Production Manager with communication. You manage studio purchases and support Facilities, IT, and Security.
The Production Coordinator will report to the Capture Operations Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Support the LA and Orlando-based capture teams with a variety of admin tasks to support the team's goals while observing EA's procedures.
- Responsible for accurate production documentation coordinating performer and crew recording schedules ensure partners have access to necessary information.
- Manage shoot communication channels between on-set and remote game teams
- Coordinate meetings, team events and production catering.
- Manage shipping logistics and rentals needed for recording sessions, including contract administration.
- Support budget tracking and expenses, ensuring financial compliance with project goals and studio expenditures.
- Manage purchasing approvals, receiving, reconciliation and reimbursements.
- Support team members with company procedures (health and safety, expenses, travel, facility and equipment use).
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires with orientations, introductions and desk/equipment setup.
- Work with crew and travel team to coordinate team business travel and visas.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications:
- You have 3+ years experience in an administrative or production office environment found in film, TV, VFX or videogames
- You have a University Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- You are proficient in standard office software and able to use custom software, Discord, Monday.com, Shotgrid and iExpense
- You have ownership over your role through attention to detail and task prioritization.
- Your communication and interpersonal skills ensure accurate delivery and tracking of information
- You adapt in a live-action work environment that is successful through teamwork and customer service values even when presented with challenges.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). HOURLY PAY RANGES
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
- $34 - $52 USD
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work 40 hours a week.
