Account Management Intern - In Game Media
At our core, Electronic Arts is a game maker connecting hundreds of millions of players globally to some of the world’s greatest games. The EAX team is crucial to creating that connection through products that grow and engage our community of players. Some of our work includes: EA PLAY, our multi-platform subscription for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Steam; the EA desktop app, EA’s direct-to-consumer PC games platform; and a host of other consumer experiences and strategies, all with the goal of engaging players across platforms and within our games.
As a key member of EA's In Game Media team, the Account Management Intern is responsible for supporting in-game media, sponsorships and partnerships across our games. They will work cross-functionally with studio, sales and operational teams to execute and deliver on campaigns. They will also partner with the cross-functional teams to identify creative solutions and opportunities for external brands across our games in support of new business growth and franchise goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management and execution of in-game media and partnership campaigns across EA's franchises.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Development, Brand, Studio, Operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution, keeping projects on track and within timelines.
- Help develop, refine, and document workflows to optimize internal processes for campaign and partnership management.
- Support reporting efforts by analyzing data to create clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Communicate with external partners by helping draft client-facing materials and ensure partner needs are met.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creation of partnership frameworks that drive success.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft client communications.
- Ability to analyze data and report on campaign performance using tools such as Airtable, Google Suite, or Excel.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Skills
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to assist in executing multiple campaigns and programs simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, Miro, Google Suite to support workflows and media campaign execution.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. - $19 - $29 USD
The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
