Description & Requirements
The Sr. Data Analyst role develops business intelligence products and leads data initiatives to enhance data maturity for our Quality Verification teams. You will use your advanced technical knowledge of SQL programming, ETL pipeline development, and data visualisation tools to analyse data and identify trends, driving decision-making across our organisation.
You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager.
What you will do:
- You will define the data analytics roadmap for some of EA's largest titles.
- You will use your technical skills to develop data products that improve decision-making across the Quality Verification organization.
- You will define best practices in data analytics and visualization tools.
- You will create data governance practices to improve our organisation's data maturity.
- You will provide coaching for Data Analyst colleagues.
The next great Senior Data Analyst requires:
- 3+ years of professional analytical experience.
- Advanced SQL skills and practical experience in other languages such as R, SAS, or Python.
- Able to develop data modelling and warehousing solutions.
- Able to plan and prioritise multiple concurrent projects.
- Able to foster working relationships with partners.

If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
- $89,300 - $123,000 CAD
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
