Reporting to the Head of Operations of Frostbite, you will directly support the daily operations of the Frostbite team and support the planning and strategy of the resourcing and financial plans.

This role is open to onsite and hybrid work model types.

The Role:

  • You will support or own aspects of the consolidated Frostbite operating and capital budgets, including resource plans.
  • You will provide necessary oversight and support in the execution of essential Frostbite operational responsibilities.
  • You will partner with Frostbite leaders, our People Experience (PE), Talent Acquisition (TA) and Finance partners, to identify opportunities & lead process improvements.
  • You will work with the BU leaders to understand overall headcount across resource types including: financial impact, and focused analysis.
  • You will shape simple solutions to complex problems across multiple disciplines that consider process, analytics and technology.
  • You will implement measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
  • You will identify opportunities for improvement within our essential processes, align with partners, and implement.
  • You will use data and insights as a resource to guide efficient decisions across our business.

You Bring..

  • 7+ years of work experience in a related field (software or game development)
  • Experience using data and business expertise to inform decisions.
  • Develop measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
  • A process improvement mindset used to improve processes and reporting.
  • Proficient change management skills.
  • The ability to track, model and present information in engaging ways.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $126,000 - $176,300 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
