The Challenge Ahead

  • Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (REWS) is focused on enabling our people to connect, create, and innovate through inclusive workplaces and experiences, wherever they work. The Program Management Office’s (PMO) purpose is to build and equip REWS with capability to achieve our strategic priorities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, the Senior Program Manager will partner with our REWS teams to deliver solutions that will improve operational efficiency and enable us to deliver our aims. The PMO is particularly focused on partnering with the REWS LT and external stakeholders to create, implement, and evaluate cross-functional, strategic programs, whilst driving a culture of change.
  • Responsibilities:
    • You will partner with the PMO team to manage the program and initiative portfolio
    • You will lead complex strategic programs while developing deep partner relationships 
    • You will facilitate and advise across REWS in ways that enhances its operational delivery, process design and improvement, program management, risk management and mitigation, sharing out best practices and insights
    • You will develop relevant insights and tell compelling stories with REWS data to inform decision-making
  • About you:
    • Program management and partner engagement competencies to improve outcomes
    • Change agent, experienced leading organizational transformation
    • 5+ years of experience coordinating and preparing professional presentations and documents for partners at all levels
    • Ability to define the challenge, establish structure and coherence to business problems
    • Comfortable running workshops, focus groups, and interviews, quickly identify themes and guide next steps
    • Interest and understanding of corporate real estate/workplaces data and typical challenges that arise in working with this data
    • Aware of top solutions on the market that address various workplace challenges and experience implementing technical solutions
    • Bonus: Experience developing and implementing vendor outsourcing strategy for a global organization
    • Experience using tools such as Google Suite, Miro, Asana to facilitate virtual collaboration 


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
    • $138,200 - $219,000 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
