Associate Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC

Vancouver, Canada

Building on an incredible 30-year foundation, we’re redefining football with EA SPORTS FC - a genre-leading ecosystem of interactive experiences, bringing a global community of football fans closer to The World's Game. Together, we’re taking the largest football club in the world to new heights – and this is just the beginning!

With more opportunity than ever to innovate and create new, authentic experiences that bring joy, inclusivity, and immersion to fans everywhere, we invite you to join us as we pioneer the future of football with EA SPORTS FC, and welcome everyone to the club!

The ideal Producer is passionate about making games, specifically, planning and guiding the delivery of game quality and experiences. You’ll be involved in development driving quality across the game from early concept stages through production and final stages.

Producers are the bridge between the design team and project managers. They oversee what experiences we build, why we build them, and how we deliver them to our players. A love for football and the FC series is a requirement for this position.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Line Producer and Lead Producer to understand product goals then oversee the ideation and evaluation of them into game features that players will love.
  • Partner with the Development Directors to manage the project schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables surrounding game quality.
  • Partner with Art, UX, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.
  • Partner with other Producers to drive feature quality and development for high-impact areas.
  • You will be the bridge between the design team, producers and project managers, overseeing the quality of experiences we build and partnering to manage their delivery to our teams and partners.
  • You will report to the Production leader of the team.

Your Qualifications
  • A knowledge of and passion for Football and EA SPORTS FC is a requirement.
  • An experienced producer or product manager with 5+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
  • Has experience developing online-enabled features and understands matchmaking and social systems.
  • Experience developing a staged product plan, including creating user stories and deliverables.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile development processes.
  • Experienced in using data and insights to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Experience in UI/UX and Game Design is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • A master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work.
  • A passion for pioneering and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.
  • A love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team.
