About the Role

The Global Account Manager will join our Global Partners Organization, reporting to the Global Account Director. Our team supports the management of EA's commercial relationship with Sony and ensures a world class player journey and platform experience for EA players engaging on PlayStation.

 

As the Global Account Manager, you will manage the commercial activations and performance of the EA Sports franchises. You will work with commercial franchise partners, demand planners, merchandisers, and analysts to ensure EA's best possible support for these titles on PlayStation. We are looking for someone who has a lens for assessing and understanding financial implications for our decisions and a perspective on how player engagement behavior maps to financial returns.

 

You will:

  • Maintain relationships with our Sony partners
  • Collaborate with partners to implement commercial strategies on PlayStation
  • Meet on fiscal year revenue target
  • Analyze performance of commercial activations and provide actionable insights
  • Identify and launch test and learn opportunities that can increase incremental revenue
  • Ensure expertise and consistency in all aspects of commercial programs on PlayStation
  • Establish platform best practices
  • Conduct competitive analyses to inform go-to-market strategies

  

You will need these skills or experiences:

  • Project Management Skills: You have experience balancing multiple opportunities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Collaboration: You are accustomed to working with people from many backgrounds, cultures, and skills and support a collaborative and healthy team environment
  • Communication: You have a history of working with and influencing a diverse range of partners
  • Self-Starter: You will work independently and know what it means to achieve excellence
  • Focused on Impact: You are motivated to achieve commercial goals, can identify problems and focus on solutions, and will challenge decisions with data-based reasoning

 

5+ Years experience with:

  • Sales, marketing, or account management
  • Leading global commercial programs from launch through to analysis
  • You have used MS Office and have familiarity with Tableau 

 

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$111,600 - $152,800 CAD
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$124,100 - $182,800 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
