Marketing Coordinator (12-month contract)

Sydney based, Hybrid Work Model

The Marketing Coordinator is pivotal in establishing, maintaining and managing relationships between EA and our valued business partners. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns through partnerships with other businesses. 

You’ll be researching potential partners, collaborating with cross functional teams and exciting campaigns that align with the goals of both companies.  This may involve creating social media campaigns, email marketing, event management and partnership proposals and reporting decks and other collateral to promote joint initiatives. 

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, be creative and have an eye for detail. They should be proficient in marketing tools and software and have a good understanding of the latest marketing trends. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential brand partners
  • Assist in the development of partnership proposals and agreements
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop and deliver partnership strategies  
  • Planning and executing co-branded marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of partnership campaigns 
  • Maintaining relationships with existing brand partners and resolving any issues
  • Coordinating cross promotion activities with brand partners 
  • Ensuring brand consistency in all partnership activities
  • Assisting in the development and distribution of partnership marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in brand partnership coordination or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal as well as negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and partners simultaneously
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field, ideal
