We're looking for a passionate brand marketing manager to join us at EA SPORTS. The esports brand marketing manager will be an important contributor to the esports brand marketing team, delivering integrated campaigns from end-to-end that excite and engage audiences. You report to the esports brand marketing manager.

Responsibilities:

  • As campaign manager you will be responsible for authoring and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, grow our fanbase and engage existing fans

  • You will partner with Franchise Brand team and lead the development of go-to-market strategy for EA American Football esports 

  • Develop strong relationships and manage creative and social agencies, production partners and other important external partners

  • You will lead the end-to-end non live content production process, including brand asset production

  • Coordinate with external agencies and oversee management of day-to-day social media operations and social content calendar for the Madden esports social channels

  • Manage important campaign milestone deliverables and lead on multi-channel campaign execution 

  • You will track campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Ensure creative marketing material follows brand guidelines

  • Use data and insights to track overall performance and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Mid level experience in campaign management and or brand management 

  • Experience managing external agencies and production partners

  • Ability to objectively judge creative (excellent copywriting skills & a strong eye for design)

  • Knowledge of Madden and/or Madden Championship Series ecosystem is a bonus 

  • Experience working in major live entertainment events is a bonus
