This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).


The Studio Operations team is a global team across 30+ locations and includes Quality Verification and Standards and Central Development Operations.

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the activities of the studio, ensuring operational efficiency and smooth execution of processes. You will coordinate daily tasks, tracking deliverables, managing studio logistics, and maintaining clear documentation. You will work with multiple teams to address challenges, improve workflows, and support the studio's ongoing growth.

You will report to the Studio Operations Manager and help maintain efficiency across teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience in operations, project coordination, project management or a related field.

  • Proficiency in English - both verbally and written

  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.

  • Project progress tracking and reporting


Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and follow up deliverables in collaboration with team members and studio managers.

  • Oversee team deliveries, including managing risks, dependencies, adherence critical paths, Support workspace planning, ensuring space planning

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and post-project evaluations.

  • Coordinate equipment planning, tracking availability, deployment of IT and studio resources.
