The Corporate Strategy team drives EA’s long-term growth and innovation.

As the Manager of Market Intelligence & Corporate Strategy, you will help shape EA’s strategic direction by providing data-driven market and competitive insights to the executive leadership team.

You will report to the Director of Market Intelligence and follow a hybrid work model with 3 days / week in office.

Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct detailed assessments of market drivers and their impact on EA’s business and strategy.

  • You will develop scalable dashboards and tools to systematically analyze and distill market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.

  • You will use the latest technology to create scalable and repeatable workflows for research and analysis.

  • You will use AI tools and programming to produce insights that enhance EA’s understanding of the industry landscape and opportunities.

  • You will synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them in compelling formats for executive decision-making.

  • You will write memos, reports, and other business communications delivered to C-Suite executives. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in business or market intelligence, corporate strategy, management consulting, or analytics roles.

  • Expertise in SQL programming, scripting languages (including Python, R), and data visualization tools (Tableau or similar).

  • Proficiency in AI tools. 

  • Expertise in business writing. 

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of modern data stacks (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) and best practices for storing, processing, and querying large datasets.

  • Experience working in an Intelligence role within the technology, gaming, or entertainment industry. 

  • Familiarity with mobile gaming.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
    • $122,400 - $176,300 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
