EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile marked a new beginning for the future of football on mobile platforms, with unrivalled authentic football experience on mobile devices, we feature more than 15,000 licenced players across over 650 teams and over 30 leagues – including the UEFA Champions League, Premier League, LALIGA EA SPORTS, Bundesliga, and many more.

Reporting to Asia Franchise Lead for FC Mobile, the SEA Community Engagement Manager will provide user feedback to the development team while also working with our global team of community managers who manage all social engagements across the brand. Come join us!

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop strategic plans for South East Asia-focused community activations in collaboration with our multiple teams & manage their execution across multiple social channels

  • You will provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to the development team based on consumer insight through social reporting tools, reviews of player feedback and other best practices

  • You will oversee the strategy for localised regional content on FC Mobile's owned social channels including Facebook & Discord

  • You will partner with relationships with regional SEA community to broaden FC Mobile awareness on regionally relevant YouTube, Instagram & TikTok channels

  • You will represent the community in strategic planning, and execute campaigns with the community in mind.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in digital / social media, interactive marketing, community /content management, or online gaming; along with experience leading a team of creative individuals

  • Experience building communities & developing strategies for a game with a passionate global fanbase based in SEA

  • Knowledge of gaming & football/soccer and knowledge of their activity and trends in SEA

  • Experience managing social channels & reviewing social media analytics and indicators that the industry uses to measure their performance

  • Collaboration skills with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and cultures in multiple time zones

  • Experienced with digital livestream production and public speaking.
