As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, your role will bring together a team of experts to create groundbreaking player-facing marketing programs, where you’ll operate in an environment where out of the box thinking is expected.
Responsibilities
- You will lead marketing milestone deliverables and presentations- from go-to-market marketing plans to ad-hoc business and creative briefs
- You will develop global player-facing marketing plans.
- You will create brand experiences across player touchpoints following campaign goals and strategy
- You will lead the implementation of our marketing plans - Lead the daily progress of creative assets development and deliverables across all channels, in close partnership with our production teams
- Channel management - You will drive alignment and manage cross-functional channel experts' collaboration through cohesive communication with up-to-date campaign documents as sources of truth. Main partners will include Integrated Comms, Creative, and Commercial.
- You will connect marketing activation with product and business deliverables- Organize and track campaign performance data; interpret to translate into actions.
Qualifications
Technical skills
- You will have experience with all areas of marketing and omnichannel consumer-facing campaigns.
- You will work on a variety of projects at the same time.
- You can manage up and in partnership with a complex matrix of partners across regions.
- You will operate autonomously across multiple projects while communicating with your team, always looking for a way to push the work further for the Brand.
- You will create engaging presentations and communicate materials to important partners.
- 7+ years of experience in the Gaming/Entertainment marketing space, especially in live service.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
