Responsibilities:

 - Define and manage product indicators, reporting on the state of the product to key stakeholders.
 - Initiate and advocate for live services features and campaigns through the product's lifecycle that target improvements in the KPIs.
 - Collaborate with the live operations team on all feature work, ensuring that it has clear and measurable goals that are guided by business and project objectives.
 - Partner with analysts to conduct analysis of in-game features using data insights to measure their impact on important indicators.
 - Contribute to defining the long-term live service strategy for the franchise.
 - Promote main data and findings to the wider team to ensure that all future work utilises best practices in its implementation and can be supported in the live service phase.
 - You will seek out opportunities for experimentation and developing the product using a data-driven approach.

Here's what you will need:

- 3+ years of games industry experience, designing live service content and campaigns that maximise commerce, acquisition and retention.
 - A passion for games with a focus on player insights and interests.
 - Experience using data and insights to inform product development, being able to interpret data and trends to measure outcomes against agreed targets.
 - Experience working in a cross-team development environment.
 - Confidence to present ideas and sell your vision to team members and other key stakeholders.
 - A broad understanding of live services strategies across the gaming sector.
