We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Site IT Infrastructure team.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of compute, storage, and network systems. This role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Stockholm, with both remote and onsite work, where you will be reporting to the Senior Site IT Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and administration of data center hardware.

  • Overseeing, managing, and optimizing virtualization platforms.

  • Monitor and maintain the datacenter environment. 

  • Managing enterprise networking and basic troubleshooting.

  • Respond to and resolve service outages and alert events efficiently to support business operations.

  • Be part of a rotating on-call schedule for infrastructure support.

  • Provide technical support to employees on both hardware and software issues.

  • Procurement of infrastructure hardware, management of service agreements, and tracking of asset inventory.

  • Work closely with global teams to deliver consistent IT services to our users.

  • Maintain relationships with the business, vendors, and other functions.

  • Ensure documentation is thoroughly maintained and regularly updated.

  • Managing and allocating budgets for IT resources and projects.

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of infrastructure experience in the IT industry.

  • Extensive experience with servers, storage systems, and virtualization.

  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

  • Basic understanding of networking and network administration.

  • Experience with containers, scripting and automation tools is a plus but not required.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and organize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with project and budget management.

  • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create guides and articles.
