We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Site IT Infrastructure team.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of compute, storage, and network systems. This role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Stockholm, with both remote and onsite work, where you will be reporting to the Senior Site IT Manager.

Responsibilities

Implementation and administration of data center hardware.
Overseeing, managing, and optimizing virtualization platforms.
Monitor and maintain the datacenter environment.
Managing enterprise networking and basic troubleshooting.
Respond to and resolve service outages and alert events efficiently to support business operations.
Be part of a rotating on-call schedule for infrastructure support.
Provide technical support to employees on both hardware and software issues.
Procurement of infrastructure hardware, management of service agreements, and tracking of asset inventory.
Work closely with global teams to deliver consistent IT services to our users.
Maintain relationships with the business, vendors, and other functions.
Ensure documentation is thoroughly maintained and regularly updated.
Managing and allocating budgets for IT resources and projects.

Requirements

5+ years of infrastructure experience in the IT industry.
Extensive experience with servers, storage systems, and virtualization.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking and network administration.
Experience with containers, scripting and automation tools is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and organize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project and budget management.
Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create guides and articles.
