Job Summary:

As a QV Lead Tester, you'll contribute to the quality of our games by leading daily testing operations and supporting team development. Reporting to the QV Development Manager, you'll help ensure high standards of execution while encouraging a culture of collaboration and learning.


Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage daily testing activities across assigned projects.

  • You will lead by example with hands-on testing, emphasizing quality and accountability.

  • You will provide guidance and mentorship to testers, supporting knowledge-sharing and growth.

  • You will ensure clear bug reporting and offer feedback to improve features and player experience.

  • You will collaborate on test planning, estimations, and help identify automation opportunities.

  • You will help collect feedback and report important findings to partners.

  • You will contribute to training efforts and support documentation of processes and reports


Our Requirements


Experience and Knowledge

  • 2+ years of experience playing Apex Legends

  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and testing techniques.

  • Experience playtesting games and expressing different types of feedback.

  • Experience with Jira, TestRail/Qmetry or similar tools
