Our incoming Creative Director will report to the Executive Producer and work with the existing artistic and creative vision for our games, serving as a beacon of inspiration for the team, ensuring full clarity on the game's core philosophies of everyone on the team. You will establish the direction that guides each project segment, including multiplayer, single player, and live, while also serving as the liaison across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

You will iterate and refine the project's existing creative vision.

Collaborate and manage with the director's team to ensure alignment and delivery on the project's vision, throughout development.

Set and lead Director level meetings for the content creation and design craft directors.

You will work with project directors on gameplay direction.

Represent the team at executive meetings and milestone presentations.

Establish clear direction for critical project decisions.

You will ensure that the creative vision is well documented, communicated, and understood by both internal and external partners.

Organize and evaluate Director Level game reviews.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in game development in the FPS genre and AAA segment of the market.

Possess excellent skills in creating and communicating a creative vision.

You will have success adapting a vision based on input from specialists resulting in an outstanding game.

Live service experience is a mandatory requirement.

You have experience presenting to large groups and executives.

5+ years managing a team serving as a mentor.
