EA is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Brand Manager with proven achievement in brand strategy, product marketing and/or live service marketing. They must excel at marrying science and creativity to delight customers and partners, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to support one of EA’s newest live service titles. The Brand Manager reports into the Director of Brand, and will be a key contributor to developing the live service brand strategy for skate. .



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brand Director collaborate with studio on season positioning, product features, content, and experiences by advocating on behalf of marketing and the player’s needs

  • Kickoff the quarterly planning for seasons, starting with deeply understanding the product, briefing partner teams on the best way to approach the season, and working closely with brand marketing on the execution of the season campaign

  • Support creative teams in briefing and driving campaign development across all seasonal content

  • Connect product and competitive marketing analysis to ensure consumer and market trends are informing key seasonal brand strategies

  • Partner with consumer insights to synthesize consumer research, industry and market trends into tangible and actionable insights


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand management, brand strategy, product marketing

  • Solid business, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Project management and coordination across functional groups and external partners 

  • Experience building marketing strategies and executing tactical plans

  • Strong communicator and collaborator

  • Experience taking a product or service from consumer insight, to ideation, to market

  • Experience with live service games a plus

  • Embraces working in a dynamic, flexible, ever changing environment




COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $107,600 - $147,100 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
