We are looking for a part-time Production Coordinator like you to support our Sports Tech team. You will be collaborative, highly motivated, and task-oriented. There will be opportunities in this role to take on responsibility of studio tasks and projects. This role will be hybrid and work on-site in our Vancouver office. You will report to our Operations Product Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will support the Operations Product Manager in achieving department and team objectives for both global onsite locations and remote employees.
- Deliver clerical and administrative assistance that aligns with departmental and team goals.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires; coordinate with Recruiting, HR, IT and managers, ensure desk/equipment setup, shipment of equipment to remote employees, and initial introductions.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating logistics for team events with team-building activities and any initiatives to promote team culture.
- Coordinate local and international shipping for packages for the team including corporate gifts and merchandise
- Assist and collaborate with IT to proactively manage hardware and software needs for the Studio/Team across multiple locations around the globe and for remote employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and studio ops team in managing office space and seating
- Monthly reconciliation of corporate cards and provide initial training and assistance on Chrome River reporting tool
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, team building activities, catering and special events logistics, both onsite & offsite.
- Assist team members in submitting or escalating Global Service Desk tickets when necessary.
- Assist with tracking of team travel, entertainment and procurement expenses.
- Become knowledgeable and provide team members with information on company policies and procedures regarding purchasing, expenditures, travel, use of facilities, and equipment.
- Attend information & training sessions related to any new studio processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in an administrative environment
- High reliability and organized
- Prioritize tasks and be highly independent
- Strong planning, organizing, and scheduling abilities
- Bonus - customer service experience
- Bonus - experience in entertainment production office environments: games, VFX, film & tv.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
