Job Description

The Senior Manager, Global Inclusion Portfolio is an important leadership role responsible for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across our global interactive entertainment organisation. You will guide the development, implementation and measurement of comprehensive inclusion strategies that foster a culture of belonging, creativity, and progress. You will partner with our teams to embed inclusive practices into all aspects of our business, ensuring our content, workplace, and community reflect and celebrate our global audience.


About the Role

  • Design and implement global DEI strategies aligned with organisational goals, ensuring the best practices are integrated into our enterprise organisation

  • Lead and coordinate global inclusion programs, including employee resource groups, inclusive recruitment, mentorship, and leadership development programs across multiple regions (EU or APAC) and departments

  • Partner with our DEI leadership team, BUs, internal & external partners to implement our inclusive design, equitable policies, and accessible experiences for both employees and players

  • Establish KPIs to assess the effectiveness of inclusion efforts, reporting progress and applicable insights to senior leadership and partners

  • Lead organisational change efforts to embed inclusion into organisational culture and business processes

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analysing program performance and refining processes; Demonstrate innovation by identifying latest trends and implementing solutions to address organisational challenges

  • You will use our toolsets, such as Airtable, ReefChat and other AI-integrated systems to refine DEI program management and reporting; Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency, scalability and data-driven decision-making

  • Reports to the Senior Director, DEI Partnerships, and is engaged with the business


About You

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or a related field

  • You have experience at an established Senior Manager level or higher in DEI, HR, or organisational development, with some experience in a global or multi-regional capacity within the entertainment, media, or technology sectors

  • You work across diverse populations and geographies

  • Strong ability to influence and drive alignment among partners at all levels

  • You have expertise in leading change initiatives and embedding DEI into organisational structures and processes.

  • Proficient in DEI data analysis, metric tracking, and communicating impact through reports and presentations

  • Present ideas and information in meetings, emails, and reports, ensuring messages are easily understood by diverse audiences
