The Associate Quality Designer will report to the development director of EA Korea QV team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set goals, plan, implement, analyze results, and improve QA activities throughout the entire game development lifecycle to achieve quality goals for game services.

  • Participate in all stages of game development, leading the execution of quality projects.

  • Analyze development and QA data to establish goals, then propose, plan, and implement efficient quality projects based on Return on investment.

  • Promote test automation and leverage developed tools and automation solutions to improve QA efficiency and coverage.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with multiple co-work partners, including development teams, to resolve issues and share progress.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience, or equivalent capability, in roles focused on ensuring product quality within software product or game companies, such as QA or development.

  • Experience leading collaboration with multiple teams and implementing quality assurance processes across all stages of software product development.

  • Hands-on experience or insight in applying test automation to projects.

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and TestRail, and software version control systems like Git and Perforce.

  • Experience with games and a broad range of gameplay experience.

  • Business-level English proficiency (optional).
