We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations and Performance for Battlefield. You'll shape the franchise's future by building and operationalizing its five-year strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in turning Battlefield's long-term vision into reality—operationalizing our five-year strategy, guiding cross-franchise decisions, partnering with teams across EA and ensuring every choice advances both player experience and our performance.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Operationalization
You will translate Battlefields 5-year strategy into executable plans across franchise, studio, and EA teams.
You will evaluate and evolve Battlefield's strategy in response to market trends, emerging technologies, trends and player needs.
You will create efficiency, transparent and balanced decision-making and governance across the franchise.
Live Service & Performance
You will graduate to be the business & performance lead partner supporting live service operations to meet business targets.
You will advocate for analytics, market and product insights that create actionable improvements to live service and franchise performance.
You will enhance the process for setting financial and strategic goals, working with diverse EA teams and advocating for the needs of the franchise.
Cross-Franchise Alignment
You will drive initiatives across diverse projects simultaneously, requiring coordination and critical analysis to make decisions that maximize both short- and long-term success.
You will operationalize live operations planning, bringing together diverse partners.
Franchise Growth & Values
You will identify new growth opportunities across platforms, regions, and audiences.
You will advocate for Battlefield values, foster a collaborative, player-first culture and coach others to maximize their impact.
You will demand a strategic and operational thinker who is player-focused and ready to propel the Battlefield Franchise to new heights.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
