We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Enablement & Transformation Manager that sits at the intersection of strategic planning, performance enablement, and business operations. As part of EA SPORTS Operations and Enablement team, you will play an integral part of the team by optimizing how we plan, measure, and scale impact across the EA SPORTS portfolio. You will help align strategic initiatives to measurable outcomes, optimize investment effectiveness, enable decision-making through actionable insights, and operationalize various groups towards outcome-driven results. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of data-fluency, financial acumen, process discipline, and has a strong bias for action.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning & Performance Enablement
- Support maximization of operating investments by identifying strategic opportunities, efficiencies, and performance levers across teams and projects
- Monitor, surface, and help optimize marketing investment performance, attribution, and ROI.
- Action long-term goals into executable workback plans and quarterly priorities
- Cross-Functional Integrations
- Lead execution plans around EA SPORTS strategic priorities to ensure clarity and cohesion across shared goals and deliverables
- Facilitate OKR alignment, creation, and tracking across departments to ensure measurable progress toward strategic goals
- Support development of repeatable processes that support planning, tracking, and workflow management across the organization
- Act as a connective tissue across departments—facilitating cross-functional clarity and shared accountability.
- Operational Excellence & Tool Implementation
- Own development of workflow systems and tools to enable operational consistency and speed
- Deploy AI-enabled insights, test-and-learn systems, and automation tools that empower teams with scalable efficiencies
- Coordinate cross-functional workback plans for major strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity of scope, owners, and timelines
- Team & Culture Building
- Foster an inclusive, connected, and high-performing community of employees through development and culture-driven initiatives tied to business outcomes
Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience in strategic operations, business performance, or program management
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, improving operational investments, and cross-functional process development
- Strategic systems thinker with a passion for building operational frameworks and optimizing performance.
- Data-fluent—able to work across dashboards, analytics tools, and attribution models to drive actionable insight and prime leaders for decision making
- Tech-savvy, especially around AI, automation, MarTech, or marketing intelligence platforms.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives and diverse stakeholders
Nice to haves:
- Experience managing budgets or workforce transformation planning
- Familiarity in tools such as Tableau, Looker, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar analytics and project platforms
- Passion for sports and EA SPORTS’ mission to redefine fandom and participation
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
