About Us: EA Sports leads interactive football entertainment, delivering exceptional experiences to fans worldwide. We seek a leader to elevate quality across all of our platforms and ecosystems.

Role Overview: As Head of Quality Verification (QV) for EA SPORTS American Football (AFB)—reporting to the Head of QV, EA SPORTS—you will lead QV teams and partner with executives, delivery leads, and creative leaders to meet and exceed player expectations through rigorous, player-centric standards. You own the end-to-end Experiential Quality bar for AFB and ensure Delivery Leadership meets software quality and schedule commitments across PC, console, mobile, and new platforms. Together with production, delivery, and creative leaders, we set the quality bar and measure what matters so players feel the difference every release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic planning and execution for new and existing AF experiences, and ensure your teams own the quality measurement loop—set the bar, verify functionality and player-experience outcomes, and deliver concise, actionable feedback to development.

  • You will work closely with Product Management and QV teams to translate player experience and growth business goals into actionable insights, ensuring their seamless integration into the development process.

  • You will work closely with your Delivery Lead to define scope, schedule, and budget, set clear delivery standards, and drive on-time, on-budget outcomes on AFB experiences.

  • We move as one with Partnerships and QVS, aligning initiatives to product and business goals across the AF ecosystem.

  • Own the AFB QV ML/AI portfolio and adoption policy to enhance player experiences and test environments, establishing clear measurements to thoughtfully monitor impact and iterate.

  • You will set the bar for a rigorous, player-centric approach, using research, player sentiment, and data together with QV teams to support the development team’s creative decisions.

  • You will collaborate with Partnership teams and contribute to the broader QVS organization to align initiatives with business and product goals.

  • You are right for this role if you are passionate about solving complex, dynamic problems and excel at collaborating across departments with global peers and partners. Your strengths in building relationships and delivering projects with clear outcomes drive success.

  • You excel at challenges and are excited to shape EA Sports' futureJoin us to raise the bar for football quality and deliver experiences players love, season after season.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of game product management, accountable for franchise/portfolio outcomes with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Owned and delivered game projects of large-scale and complexity.

  • Deep understanding of product development, design practices and core aspects of Quality Verification.

  • Proven budget/headcount stewardship; build leaders; set department-wide standards and governance.

  • Influence-oriented. Excel at collaborating with other leaders, guiding the collective group to guide optimal decisions and outcomes
