 Summary


 We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Revenue Strategy Manager 
 to own monetization strategy and revenue planning for the Advertising & 
 Sponsorships (A&S) business at EA. Reporting to the Director of Revenue 
 Strategy & Programs, you'll help shape the Revenue Strategy function, 
 including our approach to ad monetization and the long-term growth of this 
 business within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish channel revenue strategies, developing pricing, packaging, 
     and monetization frameworks to maximize growth
  • Lead analysis of revenue performance data to identify growth 
     opportunities and risks. Synthesize complex data and market insights 
     into clear narratives, revenue plans, forecasts, and actionable 
     recommendations for leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing strategic decisions 
     across product, sales, adtech, studio and finance teams
  • Define and track key revenue KPIs to measure the impact of pricing, 
     packaging, and monetization initiatives.
  • Establish continuous market intelligence to benchmark competitors 
     and uncover new monetization and growth opportunities
  • Partner with operational teams to analyze inventory yield to 
     recommend pricing and packaging optimizations that improve overall 
     revenue performance
  • Support long-term monetization design through competitive analysis, 
     revenue modeling, and exploration of new monetization opportunities
  • Align with EA's Corporate Strategy team to inform long range 
     financial models and forecasts, ensuring revenue projections 
     contemplate business drivers and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and develop business cases as 
     needed


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue strategy, business development, 
     media/advertising, or related fields]
  • Experience in forecasting, building pricing frameworks, packaging 
     strategies & optimization, and revenue optimization across digital 
     media or entertainment industries
  • Experience driving competitive analysis and translating insights into 
     growth strategies
  • Financial modeling & forecasting skills with comfort in scenario 
     planning
  • Proficiency with data analysis, CRM, and BI tools including SQL, 
     Python/R, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker
     

This hybrid role is scoped for Redwood City, Los Angeles, Orlando, or 
 Vancouver.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$111,600 - $152,800 CAD
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$124,100 - $182,800 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
