The Global Agency Development Manager supports the growth of EA Advertising by managing day-to-day relationships with holding companies and independent agencies. You will help increase adoption of EA’s advertising solutions across franchises, live services, and sports-led cultural moments. You will report to the Head of Global Agency Development & Ad Tech Partnerships. This role follows a hybrid work model, with a mix of working from home and working from an EA office, based on business needs and location.

This role is an individual contributor and does not include direct people management responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

  • You will manage ongoing relationships with agency partners and holding companies, supporting consistent engagement and partnership execution.
  • You will help agencies understand and adopt EA Advertising solutions across in-game advertising, live services, and franchise-based moments.
  • You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align agency needs with EA’s advertising capabilities and roadmap.
  • You will support agency investment planning across EA franchises, including EA SPORTS and live service titles.
  • You will assist with revenue growth initiatives by supporting pipeline development, deal coordination, and account execution.
  • You will coordinate agency briefings, product updates, and educational sessions to increase awareness of EA Advertising offerings.
  • You will help track partnership progress and support reporting tied to investment levels, performance metrics, and outcomes.
  • You will stay informed on advertising, media, and gaming industry trends and bring relevant insights into agency conversations. 
  • You will represent EA with professionalism, collaboration, and a player-first mindset in all external interactions.


Qualifications:

  • You have 6+ years of experience in agency management, advertising sales support, partnerships, or media platforms within digital, gaming, or technology environments.
  • You have experience working across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and analytics.
  • You have supported revenue growth programs, pipeline management, or account planning initiatives.
  • You are familiar with digital advertising concepts, including in-game advertising, live services, or live operations monetization.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively and are comfortable working with agency and internal stakeholders.
  • You bring a growth mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new products, tools, and partnership models.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo) *$118,700 - $171,800 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
