Role Overview:

As the Associate Manager, Broadcast Creative in EA's Esports division, you will help develop live content strategies across FC Pro esports events. You will collaborate with internal and external partners including broadcast agencies, social media teams, marketing, product, and league operations to deliver engaging live broadcasts and digital experiences. You will focus on ensuring seamless, high-quality productions that resonate with esports audiences and help grow EA's esports brand. You have experience creating memorable fan experiences.

You will report to the Lead, Broadcast Creative - Esports.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning

    • Support the strategy, planning, and execution of FC Pro broadcasts, including Global Qualifiers, FC Pro Open, ePremier League, eLa Liga, eChampions League, and the FC Pro World Championship.

    • Author creative briefs to help shape the direction of broadcasts, including hero assets, show structures, video content, talent recommendations, graphics, and new broadcast segments.

    • Contribute to editorial planning by recommending coverage angles, identifying opportunities to integrate trends, and supporting community-driven storytelling.

  • Production Management

    • Coordinate with external broadcast partners to ensure tournament productions align with the FC Pro brand and community values.

    • Collaborate with teams including Product Ops, League Ops, Product Strategy, Partnerships, PR and Brand Marketing to align on broadcast needs and deliverables.

  • Live Show Execution & Audience Growth

    • Provide daily production support to ensure smooth, high-quality broadcast execution.

    • Curate programming that reflects brand messaging, engages fans globally, and.reaches beyond the live experience.

  • Management & Reporting

    • Maintain documentation, updates, and presentations to keep leadership and team members informed.

    • Track viewership performance and social insights to recommend adjustments that grow audience engagement and improve future broadcasts.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced broadcast production experience required, working as a broadcast producer

  • Experienced examples of implementing creative ideas and execution

  • An understanding of content production budget elements and demonstrative ability to manage simultaneous projects.

  • You are an avid Ultimate Team player who understands the FC community and working knowledge of other esports competitions.

  • Experience working in major live entertainment events is a bonus
