EA Security – EA Player Security – Partner and Program Management and Operations: 

 

Description

Reporting to the Senior Fraud Manager, you will manage an incident-based security analysis program within the EA Player Security team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining reporting for the program and team, coordinating engineering efforts, and leveraging analytical skills to identify trends and insights. Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) is essential for data manipulation and analysis. We seek a candidate with a unique combination of security and program management expertise, investigative skills, and collaborative team experience.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analytics by leveraging complex SQL queries to extract valuable insights. Use these insights to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Help gather and document requirements, suggest internal prioritization, manage ticket progress, and conduct validation tested as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to represent as central security and support recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to manage feature engineering tickets and investigation as needed
  • Monitor health of main player security metrics, research further for important anomalies detected, and coordinate policy and modeling support.
  • Support visualization dashboards and associated data aggregation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Entry level project management skills and 2+ years of analytics experience
  • Proficient experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) 
  • Experienced with JIRA/JAAS, and MS Products
  • Experience in requirement documentation, high level communication and collaborative partnership building a plus
  • You have an eye for detail
  • Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics related field or equivalent professional experience.

 

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of account security and gaming industry
