This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).


EAX

At our core, Electronic Arts is a game maker connecting hundreds of millions of players globally to some of the world’s greatest games. The EAX team is crucial to creating that connection through products that grow and engage our community of players. Some of our work includes: the EA desktop app, EA’s direct-to-consumer PC games platform; EA PLAY, our multi-platform subscription; and a host of other consumer experiences and strategies, all with the goal of engaging players across platforms and within our games.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage offer, content and asset updates for EA's digital stores in Contentful, including product pages and promotions.

  • Ensure content and asset quality meets standards

  • Coordinate release schedules and align with partners.

  • Partner with legal, studio, and marketing teams on timing, approvals and compliance.

  • Validate content before and after release to ensure error-free publishing.

  • Track requests and manage workflows through publishing tools.

Provide feedback to improve publishing processes and toolsets.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in content management, digital publishing, or release management. 

  • Familiarity with CMS tools, metadata, and content pipelines.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience collaborating across marketing, technical, and legal teams.

Core Experience

  • Web content operations and publishing workflows.

  • Coordinate release schedules and stakeholder communication.

  • QA and troubleshooting for digital storefront content.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce or subscription-based platforms preferred.
