As a Post Match Supervisor at TRACAB, you will be responsible for managing post-match operations and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of observed tracking data to clients and partners. You will collaborate closely with the live match operations team to ensure a smooth handover of live data, integrate additional data sources, and oversee quality control during post-processing. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong prioritization under tight deadlines, and the ability to maintain TRACAB’s renowned standards of data accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

Post-Match Operations & Data Delivery

  • Oversee the full post-match data workflow, from live data handover to final delivery.

  • Ensure accurate processing, validation, and submission of observed tracking data to clients and partners.

  • Use TRACAB-specific software tools for data correction, observation, and validation processes.

  • Work under strict deadlines, prioritizing multiple matches and tasks efficiently within short turnaround times.

  • Collaborate closely with live match operations to ensure seamless transition of live data and integration of additional data sources.

  • Troubleshoot technical or data-related issues to maintain the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of all final datasets.


Freelancer Supervision & Quality Assurance

  • Supervise post-match shifts and oversee the performance of freelance operators.

  • Conduct detailed quality assurance checks on observed datasets to ensure compliance with TRACAB’s standards.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to freelancers during post-match data processing.

Training & Performance Development

  • Train and mentor freelancers in post-match workflows, data correction techniques, and TRACAB software tools.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and support continuous skill development across the freelancer pool.

  • Encourage adherence to best practices and maintain a strong focus on precision and efficiency in all post-match operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven expertise in TRACAB-specific software and tools used for data observation, correction, and validation.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience working under strict delivery deadlines.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to detect and resolve data or system inconsistencies.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in high-pressure operational contexts.


  • Average to above-average computer and technical skills, with a capacity to learn and adapt to new software quickly.

  • Basic or better Google Sheets knowledge and skills

  • Effective communication skills in English

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours in line with match operations.
