The Lifecycle Management (LCM) AI Solutions team at EA delivers Machine Learning Solutions at scale. We empower our studio partners with scalable data and ML systems that bring insights directly to their fingertips.
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will build global-scale production systems. You will create advanced analytics data products and autonomous platforms that improve decision-making and significantly impact layer engagement.
You will report to the Technical Director of AI/ML.
Responsibilities:
You will optimize and scale ML systems for production, focusing on vectorDB integration and semantic search approaches.
You will develop testing and validation processes to ensure model accuracy and reliability, including load and latency assessments.
You will collaborate with our platform and MLOps team to enhance model pipeline efficiency.
You will lead discussions with stakeholders and our internal partners for designing and implementing ML models.
You will work with MLE and MLOps TDs in adopting new technologies and platforms for improved deployment and scalability.
You will translate product requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product management.
You will report on project progress and product updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
4+ years of industry experience
Knowledge of Machine Learning, MLOps, and model production, including vectorDB and search methodologies.
Experience designing, maintaining, and scaling ML systems.
Familiarity with platforms like AWS and GCP, as well as CI/CD practices.
This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
