Product Manager

Electronic Arts creates entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. The EAX team guides the strategy and implementation of key products that help players connect with their games and with one another, including the EA app, EA Play, and cross-platform consumer experiences.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to support the evolution of our ecommerce capabilities within the EA app. You help shape feature direction, evaluate opportunities, and turn problem spaces into actionable product requirements. You work with partner teams across EA to bring improvements to market that support both player needs and business goals.

You will…

  • Translate product goals into clear, measurable outcomes and track progress with defined KPIs.

  • Identify player and business problems through research and data and refine these into well-scoped product requirements.

  • Build and maintain an evidence-based roadmap that reflects market trends and partner insights.

  • Drive product discovery and delivery in partnership with Design, Engineering, and technical platform teams.

  • Collaborate with game studios to understand their needs and support shared solutions across ecommerce surfaces.

  • Partner with analytics to define and run A/B tests, interpret results, and recommend next steps.

  • Support the development and iteration of monetization features aligned with product goals.

  • Evaluate performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and propose updates.

You have…

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager working on platforms, services, or ecommerce products.

  • Understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, consumer platforms, and the gaming marketplace.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver product features.

  • Experience with product discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Experience interpreting data and experimentation results to guide product decisions.

  • Experience presenting product findings and recommendations to partner teams.

Bonus experience

  • Experience contributing to ecommerce strategy at a consumer, gaming, or entertainment technology company.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$100,000 - $139,500 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
