Shape the Future of Our Studio.

Are you someone who is passionate about creating an exceptional workplace culture that people talk about? We are looking for a Studio Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team and become the architect, guardian, and champion of our employee experience.


This is more than an operations role; it's a culture-defining position. You will be the central force driving our studio's culture, engagement, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the studio's senior leadership, you will lead the strategy, the budget, and the team responsible for making our studio the best place to work in the industry. This position is Hybrid from our Bucharest, Romania office.


What You'll Do:

  • Architect our Culture: Design and implement a comprehensive, studio-wide strategy to measurably enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and belonging. You will use quantitative data and qualitative feedback from our engagement surveys not just to guide your vision, but to create a feedback loop that makes our people feel heard and valued.

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a talented team of Executive Assistants and Project Coordinators. You will empower them to deliver world-class events and support, promoting a team culture of proactive service and operational excellence.

  • Lead the Operational Engine: Take full and proactive ownership of the studio's operational budgets, including IT hardware and general activities. You'll implement the strategy and secure the resources needed for success, ensuring our teams have the tools and environment they need to make an impact, without friction.

  • Create High-Impact Plans: Act as the passionate strategic sponsor for our Learning & Development and Wellbeing programs. Your role is to ensure these activities are important investments that are aligned with our goals. These investments should deliver real, tangible value to our employees' growth and well-being.

  • Influence: Serve as a trusted strategic partner to our Senior Leadership Team. You will build a collaborative relationships with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition to improve critical systemic processes, such as creating a seamless and inspiring onboarding journey for new hires.

  • Champion Our Brand: In partnership with our branding teams, you will help tell our studio's story to the local market, enhancing our perception and helping us attract passionate team members. This includes driving meaningful academic partnerships and local events that build a talent pipeline for the future.


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience and expert knowledge in a senior-level role that explicitly blends Operations Management with People Practices, as this role sits at the critical intersection of people and process.

  • Expert knowledge of development and industry best practices, ideally from an environment like tech, gaming, or entertainment, and a proven ability to use this knowledge to shape creative solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining a high-performance team up to at least 50 people (direct or indirect reporting), with a passion for delivering feedback and coaching to drive professional growth.

  • Financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets, enabling you to make smart, data-informed investment decisions that directly support our cultural goals.

  • A high degree of strategic acumen, with the ability to translate complex data and abstract insights into actionable plans and significantly influence the development of studio strategy.

  • Effective senior executives partnership and the autonomy to negotiate across complex stakeholder landscapes and geographies.

  • Goals focused, while while juggling multiple high-priority projects, acting as a stabilizing force.
