The Data & Insights (D&I) team harnesses the power of data to deliver transformative insights and solutions to EA game teams and players. The Lead Product Manager will report to the Group Product Manager of AdTech.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for AdTech data and measurement capabilities, including:

    • Data clean rooms and privacy-preserving technologies.

    • Forecast, attribution, and campaign analytics.

    • Identity resolution and universal IDs.

  • Partner with engineering, design and data science teams to design and launch products that meet the needs of advertisers, agencies, and company partners.

  • Guide innovation in privacy-centric measurement, ensuring compliance with global data regulations and supporting advertiser needs.

  • Collaborate with sales, ad operations, marketing, legal, tech, and finance to launch products and maximise adoption.

  • Champion data quality and governance, building systems that support accurate reporting, identity resolution and more.

  • Define success goals & indicators, evaluate product performance and iterating for improvement.

  • Influence EA's AdTech strategy with broader monetization and personalization projects.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including IAB standards, lookalike modelling, and more.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with experience launching, scaling, and prioritising efforts to deliver data-driven products.

  • Experience with AdTech ecosystems, including ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and measurement vendors.

  • Experience with ads measurement methodologies (viewability, reach/frequency, attribution, conversion lift) and familiarity with IAB standards (OpenRTB, VAST). Experience building forecasting and dashboarding systems.

  • Technical fluency: SQL proficiency, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, and big data tools. Knowledge of clean rooms and privacy-preserving technologies.

  • Collaboration skills, able to work deeply across engineering, data science, product, design, sales, operations, and business teams.

  • Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions.


Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$138,700 - $199,900 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
