You will work onsite from Bogotá



As a Quality Analyst I (Sr QA Tester), you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming experiences by executing and improving testing processes. You will proactively participate in quality tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and practices. Your efforts will help maintain EA’s high standards for quality and user satisfaction. You will report to the Quality Verification (QV) Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute scripted test cases and exploratory testing, identify and document defects, and ensure clear, actionable reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in product quality.

  • Analyze test results, provide insights, and contribute to process enhancements.

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively across teams and time zones.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in QA testing or a similar role

  • Experience with process documentation and test case management.

  • Familiar with bug tracking software like Jira or JaaS.

  • Understanding of software  and/or game development life cycles and interdisciplinary team dependencies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
