Our Content Managers play an important part in making the Player experience for EA. You will support the CRM omni-channel content publishing pipeline, including live services activities and template management. By collaborating with members of the CRM franchise and Web Producer teams, as well as Brand and Merchandising partners, you will coordinate and manage content, address live issues across our channels that affect player experience, and participate in CRM Product, Engineering, and Design workstreams. 

You will report to the Lead Web Producer - CRM Campaigns who is responsible for the EA SPORTS FC franchise.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with existing copy and assets to publish and monitor content that supports the player experience and subscriptions models to ensure partner and business plans are met.
  • Plan, prioritise, and mitigate risk for workload releases.
  • Support player engagement and content initiatives through publishing content for EA’s player portals including regional and localized requirements.
  • Set up and manage publishing processes to distribute content updates, offer incentives, and other ad hoc communications.
  • Identify and bring to action opportunities for process and operations optimization.

Job Requirements

  • A graduate with a background in business or technical field OR proven professional experience working at an established level in digital content management, web publishing, digital operations, or related domain space.
  • Excellent time/project management skills to meet goals across multiple domains and time zones.
  • You will have experience with project and workload management applications, and top tier web browsers.
  • Experience working with Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM),  or similar content management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Familiarity with current subscription and e-Commerce user/buyer feature sets available on major web storefronts (e.g., Netflix, Amazon, Steam, and iTunes).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$66,100 - $90,400 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
