EA is searching for a  Recruiter to join our Bucharest Talent Acquisition Team.You will partner with leaders and teams across our studios to understand business needs, deliver full cycle recruitment process to meet business needs efficiently and effectively.


You will report to the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and will work in our Bucharest  studio in a hybrid model   with Tuesday, Wednesday and  Thursday onsite, from our office in AFI Park 2 

 

This is a 12 month, full time assignment.
 
What a Recruiter does at EA:

 

  •  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for volume hiring projects, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess suitability for open roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules  and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Track and manage candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate records.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics to report on progress to the business/stakeholders. Understand recruiting metrics and identify bottlenecks in processes.
  •  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and prompt communication, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Advise and influence hiring leaders on candidate skills, recruiting processes, strategies, and market conditions.
  • Maintain, and, as relevant, create an  efficient processes and generate regular reporting on recruiting initiatives to deliver a high level of data integrity
  • Introduce new creative ideas to the team to encourage future growth.
     
     


Who you are:


 
* 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
 
* Direct experience working in the high-technology software or large corporations is a plus
* Capable of managing change and handling deadlines, and able to work well in diverse and globally distributed teams.
* Proven ability to successfully build business relationships with key stakeholders.
* Direct experience leveraging TA Metrics and KPI’s for alignment with key stakeholders
* Team player with strong written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
