Title Software Engineer III – Oracle Techno-Functional Engineer (Oracle R12.2)

Must Have Skills
10–12 years’ experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant/Engineer with a
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle R12.2 EBS
Strong understanding of finance & Supply chain processes (GL, AR, AP etc.,).
Proficiency in Oracle technical tools: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF/ADF, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder.
Experience in building customizations, conversions, extensions, and integrations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally.

Highly Desired Skills

Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Functional exposure to Zuora (billing/subscription management).
Technical experience with Snowflake (data warehousing) and Power BI (reporting/analytics).
Working knowledge on Fusion Financials.
Experience in building and deploying solutions with GenAI.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and test Oracle R12.2 solutions aligned with business requirements.
Serve as techno-functional expert across Oracle Finance (GL, AR, AP) and supply chain modules (PO, OM,INV, iProcurement, OTM).
Analyze and map business processes, functional requirements, and system capabilities.
Deliver enhancements, extensions, and integrations per Oracle best practices.
Collaborate with business users on functional issues and technical solutions.
Provide L3 support for Operations team for critical issues.
Develop test scenarios/scripts, support SIT/UAT cycles.
Prepare and maintain technical, functional, and operational documentation.
Utilize cloud experience (AWS, Azure, OCI) for solution deployment, automation, or data flows.
Support reporting, analytics, and data transformations using Snowflake and Power BI
Apply functional understanding for billing/subscription management through Zuora experience.
