A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Join EA Security's GRC SAVE team for a paid internship from July to October, based in our Bucharest office (hybrid work model). Our team strengthens EA's third-party governance and remediation capabilities to protect commercial and intellectual property interests across a global technology environment.

As a GRC Intern, you will support governance tooling and remediation projects within the team. You will assist with the administration, optimization, and data integrity of our GRC platform, while contributing to the Remediation / Firefighting program.

We provide hands-on exposure to governance automation, workflow configuration, structured data management, and third-party risk operations. Throughout the internship, you will work with experienced professionals and contribute to operational projects that directly support our security posture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support GRC Tool administration, including workflow testing, configuration validation, and documentation updates.
  • Perform structured data validation and quality checks within our GRC platform.
  • Help with remediation projects by tracking findings, validating ownership, and monitoring progress.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to our automation roadmap.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation for tooling and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with Security, IT, and teams to ensure data accuracy and governance understanding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • Foundational database knowledge (SQL basics, relational data concepts, structured data handling).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
  • Interest in governance, automation, and risk management processes.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
