  • Hands-on Engineering Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and hands-on code contributions (C++, C#, Python) to optimize complex, embedded game systems.

  • AI & Cloud Integration: Architect and integrate Generative AI, Machine Learning, and cloud-native technologies into automated testing pipelines to minimize defect escapes and dramatically shorten developer feedback loops.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive modern CI/CD practices and implement durable system designs to eliminate technical debt and ensure operational excellence.

  • Team Development & Mentorship: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, coaching them to apply systems thinking, automate relentlessly, and resolve root causes.

  • Strategic Execution: Translate broad quality strategies into concrete technical requirements, owning a milestone-aligned roadmap with clear delivery commitments.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a technical force multiplier, aligning Development, QV, and Production leaders on architectural trade-offs and execution in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in scalable system design and architecture.

  • 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams with direct accountability for complex, large-scale delivery.

  • Proficiency in C++, C#, and Python.

  • Extensive experience designing and managing Cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Experience (Bonus):

  • Delivering AI/ML-enabled systems or large-scale test automation platforms in a production environment.

  • Working with game engines (Frostbite, Unreal, Unity), rendering pipelines, or real-time systems.

  • Strong understanding of game production pipelines, embedded environments, and highly iterative release cycles.
